You will start you journey from the ancient cities of Uzbekistan: Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara. The centuries-old history is kept in chronicles of these distinctive cities. Tashkent represents a harmonious combination of the Past and Future. Architectural treasure of the Great Samarkand, comparable to a rich history of Rome and Babylon only, will appear in all its beauty. Observable landmarks of Bukhara will make you plunge in to the city’s past. Besides Muslim monuments of Kyrgyzstan you will see the natural miracle, pearl of Central Asia – Issyk-Kul Lake. You will visit the sport complex “Medeo” built in similar ravine, in Kazakh’s city Almaty suburbs in 1972. Over 126 records were broken on this track during the last 33 years. The fresh mountain air of these places could be fully comparable to air of the European Alps!
Tashkent- Samarkand- Bukhara- Bishkek- Almaty (12 days)
Day 1: Arrival in Tashkent
Arrival in Tashkent and meeting in the Tashkent international airport. Transfer to the hotel for check-in. City tour along Tashkent afternoon: Khazrat Imom complex, Kukeldash Madras.

Day 2: Tashkent-Samarkand
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Samarkand (330 km). Arrival in Samarkand and accommodation in the hotel. Visit the splendid Madras on the Registan Square.

Day 3: Samarkand
Breakfast in the hotel. Full sight seeing day in Samarkand: visit the Shohi-Zinda Necropolis, Ulugbek’s observatory, Afrosiab museum before noon; Gur Emir Mausoleum, Bibi Khanim Mosque and oriental bazaar afternoon.

Day 4: Samarkand- Bukhara
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Bukhara (280 km). Visit the Rabat- Malik caravan serai on the way. Arrival in Bukhara. Visit the Chor-Minor Madras and Sitorai- Mohi-Khosa palace. In the evening folk show.

Day 5: Bukhara
Breakfast in the hotel. Full sight seeing day in Bukhara.
Sight seeing before noon: Mausoleum of the Samanides, Choshma Ayub Mausoleum, Ark fortress and Bolo- Hauz Mosque. Walking tour along Bukhara’s old city afternoon: from Poi –Kalyan complex you will walk through the covered bazaars, passing by Ulugbek’s madras, madras of Abdulazizkhan, Maggoki-Attori Mosque and bath-houses. The Lyabi-hauz complex will end the tour. Transfer to the airport in the evening and departure to Tashkent.

Day 6: Tashkent- Bishkek
Arrival in Kyrgyz capital Bishkek in the morning. Early check-in at the hotel. Free time. Cultural program along the city: visit the State historical museum, Museum of Fine Arts, walking along squares and city’s parks, visit the Ala-Too central square. Lunch. Dinner at the national restaurant.

Day 7: Bishkek
Familiarization with the city’s suburbs. Transfer to the Mountain Gorge to enjoy the fresh mountain air and breathe the fragrance of pine needles and juniper. Lunch- picnic under the open sky. On the return journey, visit the Ata- Beyit national memorial complex in remembrance of victims of 30-s of the XX century, the tomb of the Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aytmatov is also situated here. The excursion will be finished by visiting the farm of ostriches, where you will see how these Australian birds live in conditions of Kyrgyzstan.

Day 8: Bishkek-Burana- Issyk Kul-Bishkek
This day will be dedicated to visit of Issyk Kul Lake- pearl of the Central Asia. The Lake is situated at the 1608 meters over the sea level and is famous for its crystal clear and salty water that beneficially influence the human health. Ride on motor cutter and visit the Ruh Ordo – spiritual center of the Universe. After returning, visit the Buran Tower historical museum that represents the unique Islamic architecture of the epoch of the Karahanides, beginning of the XI century.

Day 9: Bishkek-Almaty
Early flight to Almaty. Arrival in Almaty at 05:05, transfer to the hotel, accommodation and free time. City tour after the lunch will include: park of 28 heroes- panfilovtsy that gave their lives for Moscow during the II World war. This park is famous for its Glory Memorial, memorial alley and eternal flame. There are 28 granite monuments with names of the 28 heroes.
There is also a Zenkov’s Cathedral in the park. The Christian Cathedral of the Saint Ascension was designed and built by Zenkov without any nail in 1940. This Cathedral is one of the 9 unique monuments of the wooden constructions of the world.
Visit the central museum.

Day 10: Suburbs of Almaty
Transfer to the Big Almaty Lake, located in the Big Almatinka River’s ravine (2511 meters over the sea level) after the lunch. It is situated in the cavity surrounded by sublime mountains. Lunch. There is a possibility to watch the falcon show on the return way.

Day 11: Almaty suburbs – Medeo
Visit the Medeo after the breakfast. The Medeo sport complex was built in 1972 in the similar Gorge, 15 km far from city. The Medeo is called as “Factory of records’, as there were broken 126 world records on the high mountain ice track during the last 33 years. The key feature of the 1700 meter high track is the thin mountain air and high quality ice providing the clear mountain water. There are a sill dam and “Chimbulak”mountain ski complex over the Medeo. Presently, Medeo is under the reconstruction and preparation for Asian Games 2011.
